The whole experience was just uncomfortable. The food was OK, but we're not going to go back for quite a while. I was in my seat about an hour and 10 minutes total and that should have easily been reduced by 30 minutes had service been better.
In the end, I spent more than an hour at the table despite the fact that they had indicated that dining should not last more than an hour. My wife and daughter left the table before I paid the check and even that took an extended period. It actually made my wife and I very uneasy since we've eaten many places and this was the first time we actually didn't feel that a restaurant was doing it's best to protect us. But the worst part is that our waitress was serving food while also cleaning tables and we saw no evidence of hand cleaning in between (nor was she wearing gloves). She didn't take our order correctly (but it never made it onto the bill at least) and then when we asked for an additional orange juice we watched as it sat on a tray for 15 minutes until she finished serving others and finally brought it over to us. Unfortunately, after sitting down things changed for the worse. This experience started out positively with a different entry door for arrivals, waiting in the car until called that our table was ready, and hand washing stations at the entrance. We've done a good amount of in-person dining experiences during this Covid-era.
Have eaten here many times in the past and decided to give them some business in October 2020.
